  • Advised a husband on a complex financial matter and worked with a range of other professionals to resolve a Pension Sharing Order issue, resulting from the premature death of the former wife. Successfully had the order set aside.
  • Advised a wife on financial matters in contested divorce proceedings, where assets of £2.56m included rare book and art collections. After instructing specialist valuers, and a pensions expert, achieved a fair outcome for the wife.
