With a focus on digital health, Elisabeth Kohoutek provides comprehensive legal advice to global pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, digital health innovators, and biotechnology firms. She has extensive experience in advising on the development and launch of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, innovative digital health products and concepts, in negotiating complex contracts, as well as ensuring compliance with applicable laws and European-wide regulations. She advises clients on liability and legal enforcement and represents clients before German and European courts.
Her regulatory practice is complemented by extensive experience in conducting due diligence evaluations of life sciences targets for manufacturers, private equity firms, and investment banks.
