- Advised NHS Resolution and Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust in connection with the compensation for and the associated claims by the families of the victims of David Fuller who between 2010 and 2020 abused bodies in the Trust mortuary.
- Acted for NHS Resolution and the Trust in the successful defence of a spinal injury claim at trial where tragically, the claimant’s spinal cord was severed.
- Represented NHS Resolution and a GP in the successful defence of a claim at trial, relating to an alleged failure to diagnose an abscess following a missed IV injection and alleged failure to refer to hospital, leading to necrotising fasciitis and amputation.
