Tiffany Lipscomb-Jackson is a seasoned commercial litigator with nearly two decades of experience in the petroleum, pharmaceutical, and agricultural industries, with a focus on antitrust and competition issues. She has extensive experience with multiparty and multijurisdictional actions alleging bid-rigging, price-fixing, and illegal monopolization brought by private plaintiffs and state attorneys general. This work includes defending against allegations premised on the alleged misuse of intellectual property rights or the regulatory approval processes to extend market exclusivity for brand name drugs (purported "product hops").
