James Olson represents clients before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) in administrative litigation involving interstate oil and gas pipeline rates and tariffs. He counsels clients regarding regulatory requirements at FERC for developing new or expanded oil and gas pipelines. James also negotiates oil and gas commercial agreements, such as gathering, transportation, processing, fractionation, marketing and supply agreements.
