Abeledo Gottheil Abogados displays 'flexibility and agility' when assisting creditors throughout the receivership and bankruptcy process. This includes litigating issues related to voting exclusions, foreclosures, and asset sale permits, as well as supervising debtors' actions to ensure compliance with any reorganisation plan. The practice also files bankruptcy petitions on behalf of debtors and advises on issues such as potential shareholder liabilities.
