The team represents debtors in reorganisation proceedings and out-of-court restructurings, and on the creditor side the the practice handles reorganisation and liquidations, creditor committee matters, the acquisition of bankrupt companies, foreclosure of securities and other related issues. The ‘commendable’ Cristián Fox appears regularly before bankruptcy courts and is known for advising trustees. He co-leads a multi-disciplinary practice alongside disputes expert David Gurfinkel and M&A and real estate practitioner Diego Botana.
