The team counsels automotive and telecoms industry clients on the legislative shift towards sustainable energy, including mandatory renewable power supply agreements aimed at large consumers of energy. The practitioners are highly experienced in the public procurement and tender processes relating to energy distribution and supply contracts and assists with bid requirements and the preparation of offers. Practice head and public law specialist Agustín Siboldi is well versed in regulatory compliance, while vastly experienced honorary partner Uriel F. O'Farrell assists with M&A, privatisations, and financings in the electricity and infrastructure sectors. Public law specialists Jorge Muratorio and Ana Belén Micciarelli are proficient in public procurement and contractor selection procedures relating to electricity transmission lines and other projects.
