The practice assists clients with acquiring mining rights and shares in local companies and advises on contracts, joint ventures, and investment programs. The team is led by mining specialist Alejandro D’Onofrio, who counsels clients on M&A transactions and project development, and energy and natural resources expert Pablo Alliani, who focuses on regulatory, contractual, and investment matters. Cristian Galansky heads the litigation and arbitration side of the mining practice and also offers advice on environmental and commercial matters.
