The five-strong practice provides strategic and comprehensive advice on the protection, ownership and enforcement of all IP rights, including filings and prosecution, contract negotiation and drafting, the assignment of IP rights, licensing, franchising, confidentiality, distribution and advertising, among other matters. It also handles unfair competition work and advises on litigation strategies as required.
