Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen‘s labour practice is best known for its litigation track record and is sought out for support in collective and individual litigation in all settings, including all levels of court and administrative proceedings, as well as before government ministries and regulatory authorities. The team also handles labour due diligence in M&A deals, compensation planning, immigration issues and day-to-day labour matters. The practice is co-led by Julio César Stefanoni Zani, a veteran labour lawyer with extensive experience in complex labour-related claims; labour and social security law expert Enrique Betemps; established labour practitioner Julio Lococo; and versatile labour partner Geraldine Moffat, who works with local and international clients on a range of contentious and non-contentious labour matters. Matías Fuse, who was promoted to counsel at the start of 2024, focuses on executive personnel termination agreements and litigation. He provides second-line support alongside associate Verónica Benegas, who represents clients in administrative and judicial proceedings.
