Beccar Varela covers all aspects of labour law and advises local and foreign clients on labour litigation, collective bargaining, dismissals, mass layoffs and migration, as well as employment contract drafting, compensation plans, disciplinary matters and labour due diligence in M&A processes. In addition, the team works together with the firm’s white-collar crime and compliance departments to handle investigations in cases of potential employee misconduct. The practice is co-led by the well-reviewed Álvaro Galli, who covers social security, compensation, expatriate regimes and senior recruitment and dismissals, and María Eduarda Noceti, who was raised to the partnership at the end of 2023.
