The leadership of the practice comprises four partners: Ariadna Artopoulos, who advises on M&A transactions and direct and indirect asset sales; Mariano Ballone specialises in corporate financing and double taxation treaties; Alejandro Messineo, who handles cross-border transactions in relation to financial reorganisations; and Guillermo Teijeiro, who focuses on private wealth taxation.
