The TMT practice at Martínez de Hoz & Rueda represents technology companies and non-technology entities on regulatory and contract matters, obtaining registrations, and advising on day-to-day issues such as digital signatures and international data transfers. Other areas of expertise include software licences, data protection, cloud computing, and privacy and cybersecurity. The practice group is co-led by experienced partners Martín Lepiane, who advises on privacy related matters; and Marcos Blanco, who focuses on software licences and data protection.
