Beccar Varela advises national and international powerhouses in the gaming, digital media, fintech, mobile and satellite industries, among others. The practice has extensive experience across a broad spectrum of TMT-related matters, including e-commerce platforms, complex international data transfers, advertising agreements and cybersecurity. Other focus areas for the team include advising on regulations governing streaming and gaming, satellite network deployment and artificial intelligence. The practice group is co-led by experienced partners Emilio Beccar Varela, who specialises in media and entertainment, along with information technology; and Florencia Rosati, who focuses on litigation related to the entertainment and technology sector. At associate level, senior Mariana Lamarca Vidal has expertise advising on e-commerce, communications and new technologies. Former fellow senior Martin Beccar Varela (privacy and data protection matters), moved in house at Santander Argentina in June 2025.
