The TMT department at Nicholson y Cano Abogados advises both domestic and foreign telecommunication companies on internet related services, regulatory framework matters and licencing requirements, along with the negotiation and drafting of network interconnection agreements. The practice is co-led by: Eduardo Koch, who specialises in telecommunication contracts; Alfredo Vítolo, who has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector particularly related to privatisation; and Francisco Muruzeta, who brings his corporate and commercial expertise to the TMT sector.
