Mills Oakley advises across a broad range of insurance matters, from mainstream lines such as motor, property, liability, professional risks, and workers’ compensation, through to specialist areas, including marine, transport, health, and medical negligence. The team is led by Daren Curry, and he is ably supported by Maurice Lynch, who acts for insurers, captives, self-insureds, and government agencies on indemnity, coverage, and recoveries. Louise Cantrill focuses on professional indemnity, D&O, and complex litigation, while Grant Mitchell joined the practice in January 2025, further strengthening its capabilities.
