Dentons is recognised for advising domestic clients on corporate insolvency, real estate portfolio management and commercial leasing disputes. The Sydney-based team is led by Tim Sherrard and covers distressed situations in a broad range of sectors, from energy and mining to agriculture and manufacturing. Justin Bates specialises in insolvency, property enforcement and reconstruction matters, while David McIntosh advises on all aspects of corporate insolvency and financial restructuring. Kon Tsiakis left the practice in June 2025.
