The firm regularly assists creditors, shareholders, management of distressed companies as well as tax and auditing firms at an early stage in both in- and out-of-court restructurings. The team is co-led by Thomas Trettnak, whose coverage spans the entire CEE region and Christoph Reiter who specialises in commercial distressed M&A.
