Hogan Lovells International LLP‘s corporate and finance team has notable experience of financial service and capital markets regulatory legislation, and particular strength regarding covered bond programmes. It works collaboratively with colleagues across Europe and internationally to support multi-jurisdictional clients and matters. At the helm of the team, Philip Van Steenwinkel has wide-ranging capital markets experience, handling structured transactions and securitisation. Charles-Henri Bernard regularly advises credit institutions and banking groups, as well as e-money institutions; Ivan Peeters departed the team to NautaDutilh in September 2024.
