PwC Legal‘s employment offering covers the entire spectrum of employment issues, including both individual and collective labour law, compensation and benefits, and social audits. Its close collaboration with PwC’s tax, finance, and advisory teams internationally is a standout element of the practice. Team head Pascale Moreau has particular experience in company restructuring, including closure and transfer of undertakings, and post-deal harmonisation of labour conditions. Sara Vanderstraeten departed the team for Jones Day in July 2024.
