The team of ‘experienced multilingual professionals’ in Van Olmen & Wynant’s employment practice deliver ‘an outstanding expertise’, often supporting major international companies with their longstanding experience before labour tribunals and courts as well as specialised expertise in EU employment law and civil service law: the latter an area of expertise for Vincent Vuylsteke. Founding partner and team head Chris Van Olmen has notable experience of the employment issues arising out of restructuring and reorganisation, while Nicolas Simon has a focus on psychosocial risks, including harassment and violence.
