Keller and Heckman LLP‘s environmental and chemical control practices regularly provide advice to clients across a range of EU-marketed products, with expertise across waste, pollution, and the circular economy. The Chemical control subsect of the practice has expertise in REACH, biocides, and fertilisers. Ales Bartl leads the team, with experience appearing before the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) Board of Appeal, and works closely with the EU Food practice of the firm. The practice continues to grow, with the addition of Alejandra Martinez Perea from VVGB Law  in April 2024.
