Moreno Baldivieso Estudio De Abogados‘ leading litigation and arbitration practice continues to grow, with the recent addition of a number of new national and international clients. Active in disputes across the construction, mining and banking sectors, the team has a successful track record in high-value cases. Three partners jointly lead the dispute resolution department: Ramiro Moreno represents clients in corporate, IP and oil and gas-related local and international arbitration; Andrés Moreno focuses his arbitration practice on corporate, M&A and energy matters, on both a local and international basis; and Delfor Zapata specialises in domestic litigation, with a focus on tax and labour issues. Daniel Arredondo is another active member of the team, particularly in mining and banking-related arbitration, along with René Claure. At the associate level, Pamela Muñoz and Fernanda Veremeenco are key members of the team.
