Moravcevic Vojnovic and Partners in cooperation with Schoenherr operates a banking, finance, and capital markets practice from its BiH office, advising a mix of global and regional banks and financial institutions across a range of issues. Recent matters include advising a major international bank in relation to a multi-million euro project finance loan for the development and construction costs of a solar power plant in BiH, and refinancing the facility for the development of the biggest shopping mall in Republika Srpska.
