Gecic Law‘s Sarajevo practice was formed in early 2024. The firm handles multi-jurisdictional antitrust matters, representing companies and businesses from a number of different industries, including telecoms, energy, gaming, and aviation. The practice carries out work ranging from abuse of dominance and regulatory compliance to competition investigations and commercial disputes. The firm has particular expertise in antitrust litigation, and is currently representing pan-regional telecoms and multimedia giant Telekom Group in one of the region’s most significant competition and antitrust matters, affecting multiple jurisdictions and entities. Founder Bogdan Gecić manages the firm’s wider Balkan group.
