The real estate, construction and projects practice of Moravcevic Vojnovic and Partners in cooperation with Schoenherr operates out of its Sarajevo office, and is highly specialised and geared towards renewable energy, infrastructure and project finance in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The firm acts as lead counsel on the sponsor’s side in all stages of the project lifecycle, starting from the complex public procurement process, and concession and EPC contract negotiations, up to the structuring of all aspects of the project’s financing model. The team is led by Belgrade based partner Matija Vojnovic.
