- Advised both SLB and Subsea7 on the submission of a global joint-venture with a third competitor (Aker Solutions), which aims to join SLB’s and Aker Solutions’ subsea businesses (notably O&G production and processing) into a separate independent entity, which will be the largest player in this industry in the world.
- Advised on the merger clearance for a JV by some of the largest trading companies in the world (ADM, Cargill, Louis Dreyfus and SustainIt.), to develop and operate a platform that facilitates access and visualisation of sustainability data for global food and agricultural supply chains.
- Acted for Microstrategy in an internal investigation and negotiated a leniency agreement with CADE for cartel activity to defraud public bids.
