FAS Advogados, in cooperation with CMS‘ litigation team has a strong track record in disputes within the telecoms, media, oil and gas, infrastructure, real estate, and banking sectors, among others. The team has extensive experience in credit recovery, insurance, consumer, commercial and IP litigation. The group is jointly led by Marcio Lamonica Bovino, who advises both domestic and international clients on dispute resolution matters; Felipe Bastos; and Mariana Souza Barros Rezende, a specialist in civil litigation. Roberto Cesar Scacchetti de Castro and Sergio Ferraz e Opice, both of whom joined from Machado Meyer Sendacz e Opice Advogados in February 2024, also form part of the leadership team.
