Lefosse Advogados’ power practice advises major power players on high-value transactions, regulatory matters, and self-production and distributed generation projects, offering end-to-end support from structuring to contract drafting and negotiation. The team acts for both energy consumers and generators, and also handles administrative litigation before ANEEL, judicial and arbitration proceedings, and privatisation processes. Practice head Raphael Gomes specialises in regulatory, transactional and contentious matters, with vast experience in project structuring.
