Trench Rossi Watanabe’s life sciences team is highly experienced across a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, cosmetics, and other key life sciences products. The team has also been actively involved in productive development partnerships (PDP) and local development and innovation programmes (PDIL). It is jointly led by Henrique Frizzo, based in São Paulo, and Marcela Trigo De Souza, who is based in Rio de Janeiro. Frizzo, who brings extensive experience in contractual and regulatory matters, takes the lead on transactions within the healthcare sector and often represents clients in CMED administrative proceedings. Souza specialises in IP matters, focusing on patent, industrial secret, and data-related disputes.
