Highlight-Mandate
- Advised the estate of Mr. Carlos Andrade and the CAOA Group on the negotiations of a R$440m agreement with the bankrupt estate of Banco Santos; and a settlement with Invest Santos.
- Represented Americanas in several fronts of its judicial reorganieation, such as the assets sales conducted under the reorganiwation plan; and the issuance of new debt in accordance with the plan.
- Acted for GOL Linhas Aéreas S.A., formerly known as VRG Linhas Aéreas S.A., in the lawsuit to annul an arbitration award that recognised an accounting fraud related to the sale of shares issued by VRG Linhas Aéreas S.A; and in matters related to the Chapter 11 filed by Matlinpatterson Global Opportunities Partners II L.P., along with several affiliates, before the Southern District of New York, in order to terminate litigation ongoing in Brazil.
