The practice includes Giuliano Colombo, whose broad expertise includes judicial and extrajudicial reorganisations, insolvency advice to debtors, creditors, directors and shareholders, and distressed investments. André Moraes Marques is a specialist in debt recovery and renegotiation, and is highly active in corporate reorganisations and bankruptcy proceedings. Thiago Braga Junqueira has advised on restructuring mandates in the construction, energy, telecoms and agribusiness sectors. Carolina Kiyomi Iwamoto is another name to note for high-stakes debt restructurings. Luiz Fernando Valente de Paiva left the firm in December 2023.
