The team is well versed in advising on new digital business models that involve personal data. The group is led by IP disputes expert Ricardo Nunes, who is supported by Mariana Sangoi, a specialist in privacy and data protection. Beatriz Becker is known for her work on data compliance projects, advising clients on both domestic and international governance structures. Former practice head Paulo Lilla left the firm in January 2025.
