Marcela Waksman Ejnisman leads the consultancy side, working alongside privacy specialist Carla do Couto Hellu Battilana and IP expert Stephanie Consonni de Schryver on matters including technology transfer agreements, commercial transactions, and regulatory challenges for tech companies. On the disputes front, Patricia Helena Marta Martins heads the litigation team, supported by Bruna Borghi Tomé and Sofia Gavião Kilmar, handling both administrative and judicial proceedings, including class actions related to consumer protection and data privacy. The firm also advises on AI-related matters, including the development of AI governance frameworks.
