The team advises venture capital funds, investors, and start-ups on a range of investments, restructuring, exits, and portfolio management mandates. Busin brings over 20 years of experience in M&A and alternative investments, assisting both local and international investors, while Maluf is known for her extensive expertise in VC matters. Seixas combines experience in both M&A and VC transactions.
