The team has recently handled a number of IP and copyright infringement cases in the pharma sector, insolvency procedures for a real estate company and complex employment litigation matters in the Bulgarian courts. Kina Chuturkova leads the team and is a highly regarded practitioner in this space, having formerly sat as a judge in the supreme court of cassation and since then handling an array of complex litigation and arbitration proceedings. Radoslav Alexandrov is an active member of the department and primarily handles employment disputes.
