Kinstellar‘s dispute resolution team is praised for their ’commercial awareness that is second to none’ and ‘delivering practical solutions’. The team often advises on multi-jurisdictional matters in collaboration with their offices across the CEE region, with recent matters spanning across the employment, tax, IP, energy, insurance and real estate sectors. Jointly leading the team are Antonia Mavrova, whose expertise lies in the real estate sector, and Mladen Minev, who represents clients in commercial, administrative and civil proceedings frequently in the energy and real estate sectors. Boryana Boteva joined the team in January 2024 from Sabev & Partners Law Firm, and strengthens the team in the areas of arbitration and commercial litigation.
