Advice on natural gas and electricity trading licenses, RES greenfield project development and energy regulatory matters. Mladen Minev covers the regulatory side while Diana Dimova leads on diverse energy transactions and concession mandates. The associate bench in the department was recently strengthened: first in January 2024 when Boryana Boteva joined from Sabev & Partners Law Firm, then in June 2024 with the joining of Iliyana Marinova from an in-house position, and finally again in October 2024 when Mihaela Dimitrova came from Gugushev & Partners Law Office.
