Transactional work lies at the heart of Djingov, Gouginski, Kyutchukov & Velichkov's TMT practice, with members of the team advising technology companies and service providers, software services media companies and telecommunications operators on complex, cross-border acquisitions. Furthermore, the team provide ongoing advice comprising privacy policies, data and consumer protection and competition matters. Violetta Kunze leads the team and has extensive expertise and experience in regulatory matters including on outsourcing agreements, data protection and cybersecurity. Ralitsa Gougleva and Georgi Sulev are also key members of the TMT practice.
