Fischer y Cía‘s 11-strong banking and finance team routinely advises on the financing side to business and asset acquisitions. Its transactional experience encompasses mergers, divisions and reorganisations, along with private and corporate financing, debt restructuring, financial guarantees and capital markets. The group also covers deals involving insurance and banking regulators. The team is co-led by project finance, securities, insurance and banking expert Gerardo Cruzat, a regular adviser on international transactions, who ’serves clients quickly and efficiently’; and managing partner and capital markets, financing and derivatives specialist Cristóbal Herrera, who also leads the firm’s general corporate practice. Associate Catalina Wastavino completes the group.
