The six-member team at Jara Del Favero Abogados assists both national and international clients with the financing of large-scale projects, including mining developments, airports, highways and hospitals, as well as non-metallic mining, energy, electrical transmission and real estate projects. Finance clients also benefit from the firm’s expertise in environmental issues, labour matters, tax law, compliance and antitrust. The practice is co-led by longstanding financing, project finance and securities specialist Felipe Ovalle and capital markets expert Christian Schiessler. The team further includes senior associate Felipe Davanzo, who advises on corporate and commercial law, in addition to project finance.
