On the project finance side, the nine-strong team has notable energy and infrastructure sector expertise. The practice additionally has extensive expertise in regulatory financial matters, including Chile’s Fintech regulations. Recent work for the group includes advising a syndicate of lenders - led by Banco de Crédito e Inversiones - on the financing for the construction and operation of four different hospitals in southern Chile; and acting for Chilean state-owned copper mining company, Codelco, on the €532m financing of the plan to decarbonise it's energy matrix by 2030.
