The eight-strong competition and antitrust team at full-service firm Guerrero Olivos routinely assists with domestic and international M&A-related merger control analyses and filings, as well as antitrust-related corporate protocols, risk assessments, and compliance and crime prevention manuals. The practice, which is ‘distinguished by its rigorous technical approach’, also advises on the competition side to commercial agreements and partnerships; and is regularly mandated to act in both antitrust litigation and non-contentious proceedings before the Chilean Competition Court (TDLC).
