Aninat Abogados' six-member competition and antitrust team is experienced in both contentious and non-contentious cases before the TDLC. It also assists with Supreme Court matters, anti-competitive conduct-related lawsuits, FNE investigations, compliance programmes and M&A-related issues. The department is led by senior counsel Cristián Reyes, a former FNE legal and litigation head, whose track record includes collusion-related antitrust cases and merger control matters. The practice further includes name partner Luis Alberto Aninat, whose broad practice encompasses antitrust and competition work; and director Óscar Gárate, who is experienced in FNE proceedings and TDLC litigation.
