Representative mandates range from developing compliance programmes and implementing internal controls, to conducting risk assessments, creating codes of conduct and designing preventive policies. Recent growth areas for the practice include compliance due diligence, developing contractual controls, internal investigations, compliance management and adapting multinational policies to the Chilean landscape. Fusing compliance expertise with corporate law and M&A experience, Guillermo Acuña assists companies with implementing compliance programmes, structuring crime prevention models, and conducting internal investigations; and at senior counsel level, Rodrigo Aldoney‘s practice covers criminal liability, regulatory compliance and high-stakes criminal investigations.
