The group also handles areas including human rights, workplace harassment, sustainability and corporate social responsibility; and significantly benefits from the firm’s compliance consulting practice, HD Compliance. The latter advises fintech, mining and financial institutions clients (among others) on the design and implementation of robust compliance programmes, corporate integrity models, regulatory compliance and internal investigations. The team recently assisted with updating the crime prevention model of Viña Concha y Toro (one of the largest wine companies in the world), to ensure it was in alignment with the latest regulatory requirements and best practices. The track record of practice head Rebeca Zamora covers diligence processes for several companies’ compliance and anti-corruption systems.
