The five-member data protection, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence practices at Prieto Abogados are headed up by counsel Romina Garrido, a former legislative adviser to the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications, who assists healthcare, transportation, telecoms and  retail clients with data management strategies, data-driven projects, data transfer agreements, and impact assessments.
