Guerrero Olivos' ‘great team’ is well known for its representation of major real estate and construction clients in arbitrations. Recent mandates include contractual breach and engineering disputes against construction companies. The 11-strong group is also experienced in franchise and shareholder-related arbitrations. Heading the dispute resolution practice, Sergio Yávar acts in domestic and international arbitrations, as well as civil and commercial disputes, insolvency proceedings and liability restructuring; while Benjamín Ferrada is ’an extraordinary arbitration lawyer’.
