Prieto Abogados' six-member team acts for significant regional companies from the real estate, energy, construction and retail sectors in high-stakes arbitration proceedings. The group is also increasingly involved in aquaculture, investment fund, cosmetics, and food and beverage industry disputes. Recent mandates include representing real estate company Inmobiliaria Conpaces in a project-related breach of promise of sale agreement arbitration. Co-leading the department, Fernando Samaniego, who additionally serves as a construction arbitrator, specialises in real estate, construction and antitrust litigation; and Alberto González Vidal focuses on civil and commercial disputes. At counsel level, Agustín Prado is expert in litigation and arbitration, as well as consumer rights, energy, real estate and construction; and Cristóbal Jiménez is a July 2025 recruit from PAGBAM Schwencke Chile who acts as practice director in relation to international disputes.
